Who We Are
OEFC is a USA-based marketplace that unites families in communities seeking care and caregivers offering care in the following categories: babysitters, nannies, elderly care, companion, special needs care, pet sitting, and private duty nursing independently across the United States.
When it comes to finding care for our loved ones most issues are; hard to find babysitters/caregivers or care costs are too expensive to afford. Babysitters and other caregivers have families too, so they also have to go through the same hardships. The shortage of caregivers contributes to high rates and the struggle and stress of finding a babysitter for their child so they can go and care for someone else’s loved one which contributes to high fees for care since the caregivers have to pay someone else to care for their loved ones while they go take care of their clients’ loved one. This stress and struggle on this problem cause some working families and caregivers to decide to stay home to care for their loved ones.
Around the world, for many years, in cultures where families live as extended family, they are able to support each other emotionally, mentally and financially. Our goal is not to make anything free but to support each other as a community by helping relieve each other’s stress and frustrations by mutual reasoning. OEFC believes in connecting families and care givers for a convenient experience, bringing loved ones together and promoting compassion in communities to work together as extended families so to alleviate the daily stresses.

As an OEFC member, for the family that needs the care of a loved one at home. You open your home by letting the babysitter bring along her child to your home to care for both your child and his/her child. And doing so, you have created an extended family relationship by;
By allowing your babysitter to bring her own to your home, you are contributing to your community by alleviating the stress the sitter goes through the worries of care for her/his own loved one which then allows the caregiver to deliver holistic care.
The babysitter charges you reasonable rates that are affordable.
The babysitter eliminates his/her childcare fees and worries of finding a babysitter.
Now the sitter can charge reasonably affordable fees and this eliminates the high cost of babysitting
Your loved one gets to play and or socialize with the sitter’s loved one eliminating loneliness.
As a team you work together to relieve the stress and frustrations of high babysitting fees and difficulties finding a babysitter by supporting one another in a mutual, reasonable way and your loved ones get to socialize, so you create your own extended family

Whether you are a babysitter, nanny, companion, Doula/mother’s helper, or pet sitter.
Create your profile for the services you offer.
Mention on your profile if you have a loved one you would like to bring along so the family looking for care can know when they’re searching for the caregiver.
As a caregiver, you can also include in your profile if you choose to offer care at your home.
Run your background check and get verified.
Charge affordable rates in favor.
Connect with family once contacted and make arrangements to meet first before you start work to make sure of mutual agreement and for everyone to be familiar with each other and the environment.
How it works
Private Duty Nurses/healthcare givers
For families that get Private duty for skilled nursing care/home health visits by RNs, LPNs- By mutual agreement, share your babysitter with the Nurse for their loved one while the Nurse does the home visits/home health care, which allows the healthcare giver to provide holistic care by eliminating the worry of who is to care for their loved ones as they work.
We know that it takes a village to raise a child, so let’s support one another in any way we can to make life less stressful and let our extended family thrive!

Requirements:
We care for the security and safety of both families and the service providers.
- All caregivers require background checks to be active on OEFC platform.
- Employers also require background check hiring a caregiver.
- Healthcare givers- Current Nursing License, BLS/CPR certification is required.
- Covid-19 protocol to be followed per CDC guidelines.
